Your Role
The Talent Coordinator is a critical member of our global talent acquisition operations team. You are responsible for the support and execution of a variety of operational activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The coordinator understands and interprets HR processes, policies, and programs to provide outstanding partnership and support to recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. You have experience within Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, Operations, or other related support roles. You play a key role in managing data in Workday, the foundation’s Applicant Tracking System and are expected to do so with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. You should also demonstrate an understanding of the Talent Coordinator function and/or possess a willingness and ability to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate a wide variety of operational activities within the recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to job postings and interviews.
  • Handle complex scheduling to ensure a consistent and positive experience with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate workflow and activity between and across other members of the HR team, ensuring tasks, action items, and deliverables are met within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assess Workday tasks and document interview activity and candidate status in SharePoint.
  • Monitor Workday and/or HR operational type of activities.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle requests or inquiries across HR.
  • Support the analysis of projects and programs to improve the functions' efficiency and help build a more positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support inclusive culture through modeling behaviors and actions; escalate issues in a timely fashion to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Participate as a representative on projects when requested.

Your Experience

You will be required to develop collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Duties can include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Practical understanding of complex scheduling, calendaring, and other operational activities.
  • Some experience handling data, including data entry, integrity, auditing, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret, understand and explain HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Focus on customer service with a record of accomplishment of demonstrating client oriented, positive, and proactive approach in all interactions.
  • Intermediate to advanced abilities with Office suite of applications.
  • Some experience with Workday or another similar HR platform preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in HR, TA, Operations, or another related field/role.
